You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Whether something isn’t quite right or you just changed your mind — no judgment, no stress.


✅ To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition

  • Must include all parts and packaging

  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase


🔁 How to Start a Return:

Simply email our friendly support team at support@ohanacuddles.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return (so we can learn and improve!)

We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our end.


🚚 Exchanges

Want to swap for a new item? Let us know! We’ll help you exchange your plush or product — subject to availability.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on plush toys that show signs of heavy use, stains, or damage caused after delivery.


🧸 My order arrived damaged — what now?

We’re so sorry! Please email us photos of the issue at support@ohanacuddles.com, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP. We want every Ohana experience to be magical.
